Locating Partners

There are a few ways Customers interested in deployment planning services can proactively find approved EDPS providers.

 

Systems Solutions Directory of Approved Providers

Once your organization is an approved provider, your organization will appear in the Office Systems Solutions Directory and customers interested in EDPS or other Packaged Services can locate you there. A Customer may learn about this either through their Microsoft Account Manager or after they have activated an EDPS voucher.

 

Customer Contact Receives Notice of Provider Listing

An invitation email is sent to the Packaged Service Contact during the Packaged Service voucher activation process. The Packaged Service Contact can find Packaged Service Partners using the OSSD link to the Packaged Service Provider directory included in the invitation email. The listing will allow customers to search for qualified partners based upon geography, as well as engagement length. Providers that have registered and met the program requirements will be listed within the search results as follows:

• Gold Certified Partners
• Partners with Messaging Specialization
• Certified Partners
• Registered Partners

Within each grouping, partners will be listed alphabetically.
