Delivery guidance: The delivery guides provide you with guidance on how to use all of the engagement tools and resources, points you to the required references, helps you determine which tools and presentations to use based on the partner and customer agreed-upon scope of work and length of the engagement. |

| Deliverables and delivery templates: The deliverables are the required pieces of program documentation that you are required to complete and upload into VVR as part of the payment and redemption process. The delivery templates are optional templates that you can use for your required customer deliverable. |

| Delivery presentation: The delivery presentations are the PowerPoint presentations that you can use to deliver your engagement to the customer. You can select from these presentations or you can leverage the partner methodology used within your partner organization. |
