Registration: Partner Status
EDPS Partner Status
After completing Partner registration for EDPS, Microsoft will e-mail approval to the administrator of the partner account in your organization within five business days to notify you of your registration status.
Approved Status
You will receive an “Approved” email acknowledging your acceptance as an approved EDPS provider. Your profile will appear in the Packaged Services Provider Directory and customers will be able to locate you there.
Pending Status
You will receive a “Pending” email acknowledging your EDPS registration and informing you of additional steps required to become an approved EDPS provider. Typically you will receive this email if your organization does not meet the partner program requirements. The most common issues include:
- Partner organization does not have the UC Messaging or Voice Specialization
- Partner organization does not employ at least two MCPs for the UC Messaging Specialization
- Partner organization does not have a sufficient number of Customer References for the UC Messaging Specialization
- Partner organization does not employ at least two MCPs for the Voice Specialization
- Partner organization has not yet completed the internal deployment needed for the Voice Specialization
- Partner Organization with Voice Specialization is not R2-ready
