Quality Assurance and Receiving Payment

Prior to receiving payment, your program deliverables must pass Microsoft Quality Assurance. There are two steps to the QA process:

  • Regional Service Center (RSC): RSC verifies that the Voucher ID on the invoice and the Voucher ID on the deliverables match.
    • Match: Payment is sent from the RSC in net 60 days.
    • No Match: RSC contacts the partner to resolve
    Escalation: To resolve issues around payment, partners can contact their local RSC. To locate your regional service center, visit: https://partner.microsoft.com/global/40032423?PS=95000124.
  • Microsoft EDPS Quality Assurance: QA performs a review of all deliverables for completeness. If deliverables do not pass QA, Microsoft provides feedback to the appropriate parties.
    Escalation: To resolve issues around QA review, partners can email edpshelp@microsoft.com.
  • Receiving Payment: Per the Terms & Conditions, partners have 60 days from Voucher redemption to invoice Microsoft. To escalate issues of non-payment, email the local RSC.
