Get Paid: Redeeming Vouchers and Deliverables

Overview

When the partner has completed the EDPS engagement, they are ready to begin the process to receive payment from Microsoft (to view program rate information click here). The process includes redeeming the voucher & uploading deliverables in VVR.

Redeeming Vouchers

The partner redeems the voucher at the end of the engagement by submitting the deliverables through the Voucher Validation and Redemption (VVR) Tool, notifying Microsoft that the services associated with that voucher have been delivered to the customer. The following document will walk you step by step through the process of redeeming a voucher in the VVR Tool.

Once the partner has redeemed the voucher, the partner has the ability to:

  1. Email a confirmation of the voucher redemption
  2. View the confirmation in a Printer Friendly format
  3. View the confirmation in Excel
  4. Go back and redeem another voucher

Note: The customer will automatically be notified that the voucher has been redeemed by the partner

  • When possible, the delivery consultant who is responsible for creation and presentation of final deliverables should be responsible for redeeming the voucher. They can gain access to VVR if their Live ID is associated with their organizations MSPP ID. See details on how to associate here.

 

Uploading Required Deliverables

The completed required deliverables per engagement are required to receive payment. Deliverables for each engagement type are detailed in the Terms and Conditions and in the Engagement Learning section.

 

Customer Surveys

An invitation to submit a Customer Survey regarding Packaged Services is sent to the Packaged Services Contact after you redeem the voucher in VVR. This survey is sent by a third party and the partner does not see it – nor is it required as a program deliverable. This customer survey is optional and allows the customer to provide feedback on Packaged Services as part of their SA benefit.
