Conduct Engagements: Scope of Work

Defining the Engagement and Setting the Scope of Work

After reserving the voucher, you can now discuss how to proceed with the engagement and set the scope of work for the EDPS engagement. When setting the scope of work, keep the following in mind:

  • Define the Engagement: It’s important to define the engagement based on a clear understanding of the customer’s needs and the number of days to which they are entitled. To better understand customer needs, review the Engagement Materials.
  • EDPS Delivery Guide: Review the EDPS Delivery Guidance to understand how to tailor the engagement based on the customer’s needs and by reviewing the recommended agenda, deployment planning activities, and materials.
  • Guidance on customization: Review guidance on customization while staying within the EDPS program scope.

EDPS does not provide templates for a Scope of Work. However, based on the program Terms and Conditions, you are required to set a scope of work with the customer.

To update or modify the EDPS engagement types your Partner organization can deliver, return to EDPS registration and update the customer segment, service level, and so forth.
