Validate and Reserve Vouchers

After setting the scope of work, and prior to delivering the engagement, you must first validate and then reserve the Packaged Services voucher in the Voucher Validation & Redemption tool (VVR) by providing the Voucher ID and email address of the customer's Packaged Services Contact. The Voucher ID and email address of the Packaged Services Contact are included in the invitation email sent to the customer upon voucher activation. Refer back to Activating Benefits and Creating Vouchers to learn more about how to obtain these.

  • If the partner does not validate the customer’s voucher, it may have already been used or is no longer valid.
  • If the partner does not immediately reserve the voucher in VVR after validating, the voucher is still available for other partners to reserve.
